Recovery Clothes
Recovery clothes are garments for physiotherapy sessions that are more accessible to patients. The accessible seams allow patients with limited range of motion to dress comfortably. In addition, the seams allow physiotherapists easier access to in sessions without time spent changing and remaining modest.

PROTOTYPING & USER TESTING
One of the issues that came up when testing the ease of use of the front opening was that the side panel was difficult to match up. A solution we tested was elasticized fabric connecting both sides to reduce how far it opened.
The shoulder seams use velcro to increase the ease of putting on the shirt for individuals with limited mobility. These seams also allow doctors more access.
The outer seams of the pants use velcro to increase the ease of putting on the pant or increase ease of access to doctors during appointments.
One of the features we tested was the pockets with elastic attached
in a tube to pull the unzipped pants into the pocket. This feature
was to get the pants out of the way of the wearer or physiotherapist
working with the wearer.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT & REFINEMENT
After prototyping and testing the garments I created patterns for manufacturing a sample run.
Before going to production we created a patent application with a patent lawyer for the garment. These are a sample of the patent drawings I created for the shirt that detailed all the features of the shirt.

BRANDING & MARKETING
The website and social media marketing plan are still in development. During the ideation phase for the UX design of the website I created mood boards and did concept sketching with the CEO. We have also created user persons and a user journey map to help us understand and empathize with the users.
Currently I am in the research and analysis phase of UX design for the website. The next steps are to finalize my user and market research, finish my low fidelity model to conduct usability testing.
